HDR is back in my life...
Recently I have been pretty slow on the posting of pictures because I haven't taken the time to really edit any, but today I finally found some time and created the image on the title bar of the webpage and I also created this image.

Awhile back I was talking about HDR images and how they can really create an interesting look and totally change an image, well this is a good example of it. Most of the time HDR is used to balance images that have great disparity in their exposure levels throughout the image. For example, if you had someone standing in front of a really bright light, they would be dark the the background would be light, or the background would have to be blown out and the person would be clear. Well if you take 3 images with varying levels of exposure, you can capture all of the details in the image. It's quite neat. In this image I over did it a little bit and upped the saturation and did a little vignetting around the edges to give it a nice frame. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
Laura and I are currently getting ready to head out of the house and over to see James for his birthday celebration. After that we're out to see UT vs. Ohio in the #1 vs. #2 NCAA showdown. Should be a good evening. I'm looking forward to it.
